Exchange or Return of Goods
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it — no hard feelings!
Just make sure it’s unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging.
To start a return, simply reach out to us at in any way convenient for you with your order number and a short note about what’s wrong.
Once we get the item back and check it over, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty — in that case, we’ll take care of everything.
